Yes, this place is pretty bad when it comes to customer service. Time frame getting items is a little long, and even worse, I received my order a couple months ago. 1 of the items was the wrong item. I've left 3 support ticket requests with no reply at all in the first month, as well as at least 4 different emails regarding the problem. NOT ONE REPLY IN ANY FORMAT. I ordered $1,800 (local currency) in articles from Sterling Home Security Store on January 23rd 2020. A couple days later they charged my card. After several days, with the order still 'pending' according to order status on their website, I telephoned (long distance) for clarification. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Made an order the first of this month and have yet to receive it. It was supposed to have been a Christmas gift and was guaranteed over the phone that it would arrive by Christmas. Have emailed with no response. Have called the # several times a day and left several messages to return my call with no response. Really disappointed and will never do business with this company again.
