We are a military family who just moved to the area and London and Stetelman has been outstanding throughout our entire move to Hattiesburg. We really like the online feature for making lease payments and logging maintenance requests. Their maintenance team shows up quickly to handle any of our needs from air conditioning to exterior lighting. I’ve rented through London and Stetelman for the 4 years I’ve been in Hattiesburg. First at midtown cottages and then at a house in oak grove. I’ve never had any complaints. Online rent pay is very easy. Whenever we had a maintenance issue they were very quick to send out a repair technician, be it HVAC related or something as simple as locking myself out of the apartment. I have rented from London and Stetelman for almost 2 years now.. Any time I have an issue it is solved within 24 hrs.. On 9-1-2013 my AC went out at around 10pm.. I called the after hours number and spoke with a very helpful, nice, considerate woman.. She connected me to Mr Mike.. He stated it was probably the compressor and he would be out first thing in the morning (keep in mind it was Labor Day) he met his word and came to to make sure it was indeed the compressor and it was..
