I have never seen a clinic close so many times in one year. They are closing AGAIN!!! this place is the worst run clinic and the only thing people care about is status and who you’re friends with. They DO NOT CARE about their employees and that’s probably why they keep closing. Best decision was leaving that group.

I have tried calling 5 times on two occations and each time someone picks up and sends me to another PA, MD in the group and it's not the one I'm looking for. I don't know what's going on with this group, but they're clearly having issues.

I had a decent experience at Sterling for a few years but they have since hired new front desk receptionists who are both incredibly rude, dismissive and have no interest in helping you problem solve. I am leaving the practice because of them.

Sterling Primary Care is awful. They can’t keep their care providers, and eventually they just told me I had to find a new provider. They sent a letter, and said they would refer me to a new provider, but apparently I didn’t call them and ask them to refer me soon enough so I’m out of luck. Obviously, the place is not a good place to work with all the people leaving, and it’s definitely not a good place to TRY to get your healthcare needs.
