Well I developed a leak in my pool and it was determined that I needed to replace my Liner. From the time it was diagnosed to the time of install was about 10 days. Brad was fantastic in expediting the process. Kept in contact throughout the process and very accommodating. Upon receipt of the liner they were here first thing the next day to install and winterize. Sterling’s crew were very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend Sterling Pools to everyone.
Horrible communication issues with the Peterborough location. I also do not need to hear “God Bless” on every phone call. Pool closing people were dismissive and abrupt even upon offering soft drinks/coffee for them. Not impressive for a very expensive service.
