Great customer service
Costumer service and retail staff are amazing, but severely underpaid. It’s unfortunate to see a successful and well run corporation give little to no recognition to those who make them their money. If you come here regularly, pay attention to how many floor staff they go through in short periods. Staff would stick around if they were treated properly, not left with empty promises. Very disappointed Brad, do better.
Great bunch of people serving pool and Jacuzzi owners with top quality. We had a pool installed 10 years ago now. The workmanship and efficiency of their crew during the build was second to none. The pool has been great and Sterling has provided fast and efficient service and advice over the years we have done business with them
