Horrible customer service from the grumpy guy, doesn’t care to help or gain new customers.
Awful customer service! I usually go to another place to test my pool water but they were closed. Figured, I would try a new place. I walked in and asked if they did water tests, the gentleman said “have you ever done it here ?” I said no then he proceeded to ask if it was a new pool so I said no. He saw the bottle I had the water in which had the name of another pool store and he said “well then why are you here? If you go to that place” so I said they were closed and I explained that I wanted to try a new place ( I shouldn... read more

The little man is very nice and helpful. I have never left the store without having all my questions answered and have always found what I needed.
