Dan and his protege Tanner were outstanding! A friendly smile, great communication, and a professional who takes his time to explain ‘why’ there was a problem, ‘what’ has been done to rectify it, and ‘what’ the performance will be after the repair… all done in (much appreciated) laymen terms that somehow didn’t make me feel like a uninformed laymen.
