Luke just did a lot of work on my parents' house so they referred me to him when I was having a plumbing issue. He was able to come quickly and identify the problem, as well as noticing other potential safety issues that others had missed. He gave me a variety of price options without pushing me toward upgrades. He was friendly and helpful and got the needed parts to complete the job the following morning.
