I'm here often in a dry van. I'm usually in and out in less than 3 hours. It's a good place to come if you're a driver that utilizes clock splits to maximize your HOS. You'll get your 2 or 3 hours off duty here, no problem. Another bonus is once you're loaded, you can sleep here. No worries about having to find a spot at whatever hour. The only reason they're getting 3★ from me now is because today, 5/7/26, I've been here since 230pm and it's currently 830pm. Could be better but could be worse. Staff was nice on the phone dealijg with delays. Get in early youll still be waiting. Came here at 123pm for 1pm appt time... almost 4pm and still waiting. Avoid if possible!
I was the only truck there. Still had to wait hour and a half to get in a door to get told they were still working on the load when I showed up at my appointment time
