Terrible communication, wait time is obviously a problem, appointment doesn't mean anything. Only one dock, truck left over an hour ago and they have not resumed loading for the only remaining 3 trucks they have to load for the rest of the day. Window kid's boss looks pissy just because he got called up to be asked what was goin' on. Only to reply that there are two other trucks ahead of me, obviously the two who are out here with me not moving.
Don't try buying surplus from these people.... You would not believe the attitude they have over $120 surplus parts. Won't be doing that again.
Got here at 11:30 for a noon appointment. It is now 2:00pm, and no one has come out to the truck to give me a dock, as posted in their office. I walk into the office to see what’s up, and the guy told me “oh yeah, the loader web’t home, you’ll have to wait until at least 3:00pm before anyone can get to you.” If you can avoid it, don’t come here. Wasted my day trying to get a load home.
Stay away from this company.
