People here threaten to bust out your windows and flatten your tires and when I spoke with the office, all she kept saying is you have to call the police and you’re breaking up? I can’t hear you. I called again and she says give her a break. This isn’t her dream job And would not offer any help. My fiancé has had her car vandalized several times made several police reports and they do nothing about it.
I was living here for three years, I had to leave but came back because of my excellent experience before. There have been ups and downs but when I need something , Nancy the property manager, is always there to help in anyway she can. She has helped me through a tough time, which Im truly grateful for. She is always there to help with a smile and positive attitude. Im very saddened by Nancy leaving. Not a fan of new management!!
I put an application in with my section 8 voucher and my income took my application fee and said I didn’t qualify.didn’t give me a reason why I didn’t qualify. Nancy the manager was surprised on why I didn’t qualify she said she would check it out and never got a call back from her. There part of Brighton housing authority. So be careful of them taking your money.
I want to thank Nancy Hernandez for being such a understanding manager here at Sterling Park Apartments. For being there for the tenants and recognizing them. For acknowledging even the kids around and listening to them. I wish the best for her and her family. May God Bless them and keep them now and in the future. Good Luck Nancy, you will be sorrily missed.
Please please get a new treadmill the ones in the “gym” are old and barely work
