Absolutely poor customer service here..the woman that helped me with getting my frames was very rude and not pleasant to be around.. Was told they were gonna call me when my glasses came in and never did...I had to call them to see if my glasses were in and they were..never dealing with them ever again!

Total disappointment!! My husband was seen 1 month ago. After waiting 2 weeks for his glasses, his prescription was wrong. They did a re-exam and 2 weeks later, he is still waiting on his glasses. He has Medicaid, so I guess since there is no profit in it for them, they care less when the glasses come in. Awful customer service!!
HORRIBLE. The first time I went there they told me to pick up my glasses the next day at a certain time. When I went back they weren't ready and they made me wait another day! Months later I needed a new pair of lenses and THEY LOST MY INFORMATION and had no record of it. Then lastly, I attempted to give them my business again because they are right in my neighborhood. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. YOU DONT NEED THE HEARTBURN: They got the prescription completely wrong. They sold me cheap shoddy frames. They are rude. As another reviewer on google wrote "they talk over you when you make reasonable requests". For instance:when can I expect my glasses back. Its now 4 + days since I brought the brand new frames in for repair (metal hinge broke) and they can not tell me when glasses will be available nor will they check
