Not very happy with this office. Was told our glasses would be ready in 3 weeks. Over 4 weeks now and nobody can give me an update. I will be contacting our insurance company to let them know how incompetent they are.
Waited over a month for my contacts to come in. I order a 1 year supply of contacts and after insurance it cost me $380. I just picked my contacts up at the office because they wouldn't ship them to me and they gave me a 6 month supply of contacts.... 6 months for $380 with vision insurance! Ridiculous. This was my first and last visit at this eye doctor.
I’m on week 4 of no glasses. I’ve made multiple calls, the last call (July 2) I was told it was on the delivery truck and would receive a call once it was received. Tried calling multiple times on the 3rd, no response.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a rip-off. I was a patient with Dr. Johnson and often ordered more contacts through him. I called his number and got redirected to this office. I was originally told $145 for 3 months worth of contacts. I gave them my credit card information to place the order. The next day I got a call that the price was incorrect and an additional charge was needed. The new price quoted was $155. $10 more wasn't a unreasonable to me, so I agreed, only to find the charge on my card was $165! ... read more
