If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a rip-off. I was a patient with Dr. Johnson and often ordered more contacts through him. I called his number and got redirected to this office. I was originally told $145 for 3 months worth of contacts. I gave them my credit card information to place the order. The next day I got a call that the price was incorrect and an additional charge was needed. The new price quoted was $155. $10 more wasn't a unreasonable to me, so I agreed, only to find the charge on my card was $165! ... read more

I loved when Dr Johnson was at the other place. So this is what happened to me. My glasses got broke i called them. They set up an appointment because they said I was good for an exam and glasses, later to find out I'm not. I needed glasses so I went in to get them. No hey how can I help you, but we close at 6 it was 525. The website says closes at 7 fyi. They were rude and no compassion whats so ever. If you don't like your profession get out. I loved this place when it was run my Dr. R but will no longer be a patient. Doctor turn over along with horrible treatment at the front optical center has changed this place. I waited for months for my contacts, "we expect them next Friday" week after week so I did my research and come to find out the orders were filed under insurance but never placed. I have been waiting over 3 months for my contacts, every time I check in it’s the same story as they will be here this week, I made my concerns clear and I wanted to speak to a manger and that was 2 months ago. Never spoke to a manger and they still don’t have a tracking number. I would purchase glasses and contacts from somewhere else otherwise you will have to wait months for your shipment. I will update this review when I receive my order and see if they have any explanation for this.
