I only gave 1 star because there is NO option for ZERO stars. My sister went to get her son’s first pair of glasses. He picked them up and wore them for 6 months, he went to his 6 month update with his pediatric ophthalmologist & she told us the glasses were made wrong. The prescription in the lenses were over corrected by 3 steps and he has had this on for 6 MONTHS! He has an eye turn and they had the audacity to put the wrong RX! Do yourself a favor and go to American vision which is right next-door. Sterling‘s prices are higher and they really don’t throw in very much. I spent almost $300 on a pair of glasses for my daughter before I realized I could’ve gone right next-door to American vision and got Two beautiful pairs of glasses for the same amount of money. I actually think American visions frames are better anyway. Go check it out for yourself and thank me later.. you’ll be glad you did!
Nasty people working here.First there was no greeting then trying to charge extra.When I talked to phone, the Guinness lady rudely told me to get back glass and never come back to this store.When i went back, this lady was so nasty to me.Be aware of this place and people.They will try to rob you,if they think you do not understand insurance.
