Arsen informed me about glasses for over an hour. I've been wearing glasses for over twenty years. He patiently explained things I wasn't aware of, like how it's supposed to fit on one's ears and nose, how wide frames should be relative to one's face, how high they should be considering one's eyebrows, and where exactly one should be viewing through the lens. Their hours don’t match what is listed on their website or on their doors. The listed hours say that they are open Sundays 11am to 5pm. I went at 1pm on Sunday. Closed.
Purchased glasses a few months ago, when I was told they were ready for pick up there was no one there to adjust them to fit my child’s face and wasn’t told, no idea why there’s only one person who can do this so I had to go back another time for an adjustment. I’ve been calling continuously the last few days and no one answers the phone.
