Nasty people working here.First there was no greeting then trying to charge extra.When I talked to phone, the Guinness lady rudely told me to get back glass and never come back to this store.When i went back, this lady was so nasty to me.Be aware of this place and people.They will try to rob you,if they think you do not understand insurance.
I had an amazing experience at Sterling Optical in Lynbrook! I brought in my sunglasses, and they were fixed in minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure my sunglasses were as good as new. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing repairs or looking for fantastic customer service!

Be careful when bringing your order here! Awful service! I paid for transitions and they forgot to make them! Obviously they charge me and they didn't want to refund me! We can give you credit! So is my fault that You don’t pay attention when making glasses??? Stay away from this people
The prices are so high they are robbing customers visit warbyparker target or Costco for more than half the price
