Excellent selection excellent care! I have been coming to Sterling optical for many years. Always the same respectful and knowledgeable. Sofia was very helpful and I never felt rushed!
DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES AT STERLING ISLANDIA they sell you the display glasses and when they break they charge to fix them. Absolutely the worst customer service . They do not care about the customers Run away !
The entire staff was accommodating. Kelly worked with me. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The establishment was impeccable. Dr. Rosen attended to me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, and kind. This was a pleasant experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Sterling Optical in Islandia! The eye care specialist, Kelly was absolutely amazing. She was so polite, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. My eye exam with the doctor was very thorough, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. The entire staff is always so lovely and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend this location!
