The experience I had at Sterling Optical, LaVale, Md. was absolutely 5 star. The staff was down to earth, professional, kind, and caring. They showed me the greatest amount of respect and went out of their way to meet my needs. I am a brain tumor survivor, and Tiffany, Dr. Pesta and staff were absolutely all in on making my experience a good one. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Optical. I found them to be honest, straight forward, and helpful. You will not be disappointed!
Staff is always friendly, Dr, is amazing he is always forward says how it is .. never had any issues in all the years I been going there .
I broke my glasses last night when the little screw that hold the arm to the lens came out. I called them and they said I could come down no appointment needed and they’d take a look at them. They were able to fix my glasses and they were kind enough not to charge me. As a broke college student, I was touched and deeply appreciated that gesture because I was a little stressed beforehand it would cost a lot. I will definitely be coming back to them and recommending them to my friends
Wonderful Experience! The staff was friendly and Dr. Pesta was very thorough. When I scheduled my exam over the phone they fit me right in. The office was clean and they had a great selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!!!!
Great place, Super friendly and helpful. Will be going back for my yearly exam.
