They refuse to give you PD when they measure your prescription there.
Staff got me in quickly for an appointment and were excellent during my visit. Tiffany was fun to chat with and all the ladies were so nice. The Doc did a great job and made the whole process a breeze. Pricing is reasonable too. I'd recommend Sterling Optical for anyone in the area needing glasses.
Called they claimed to take VSP insurance but dont and havent for almost a yr and knew this,impatient dr concerning a 74 yr old elder and snobby disrespectful employee's and staff,false advertised accepting coverage,unethical unprofessional and ungrateful,will not do business with them again
The experience I had at Sterling Optical, LaVale, Md. was absolutely 5 star. The staff was down to earth, professional, kind, and caring. They showed me the greatest amount of respect and went out of their way to meet my needs. I am a brain tumor survivor, and Tiffany, Dr. Pesta and staff were absolutely all in on making my experience a good one. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Optical. I found them to be honest, straight forward, and helpful. You will not be disappointed!
