I was in search of rimless glasses and everywhere I went told me that it was “impossible” to make rimless glasses for my prescription but when I came here it was a completely different story. The staff was super helpful and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive pair rather they tried to give me the best glasses for me. Great experience, selection, and staff; perfect place if you’re looking for very nice frames and better lenses.
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on June 7th, lenses for sunglasses did not fit frames, still waiting on regular glasses to arrive, very poor communication from staff, do not return calls when they say they will.
The Staff are unprofessional, Last April 5, 2019 we purchase 2 sets of Eye Glass worth $994.98 , I used My Eye glass or two weeks but is was loose so I return to the store to ask the staff to ix it, but she said she has a customer i I could come back ater 3 days, which I did She ix it but after 3 days its loose again , so I went back to the Store but the supervisor at that time seems to be irritated Already. The doctor did a very thorough exam and explained everything. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more in a doctor. The woman who helped me with my frames was wonderful. She was patient and showed my a variety of options. This is an A-1 place and I certainly will be back.

If it were an option, I would give sterling optical NEGATIVE stars. The receptionist at the front desk needs to learn how to work a clock, considering I called in well in advance to let her know I would be coming in close to closing time (that I was coming from an event) and I apologized for coming in closing time. So I come in running in a dress and heels through the Ithaca snow, and she apparently decided it was perfectly acceptable to close and leave before 9:00PM. Total disappointment!! My husband was seen 1 month ago. After waiting 2 weeks for his glasses, his prescription was wrong. They did a re-exam and 2 weeks later, he is still waiting on his glasses. He has Medicaid, so I guess since there is no profit in it for them, they care less when the glasses come in. Awful customer service!!
This is a horrible place! Do not go there! The staff is rude and deceitful, especially Sandra who will stop at nothing to sell overpriced glasses, even deceit. The owner does not care! I had to cut my losses and take glasses with poorly cut lenses instead of wasting time fighting these poor excuses for customer service professionals.
Eye exam was very short and did not seem thorough enough given my history. Customer service was bad and - left feeling angry and stressed.
