Wanted to give a huge thank you to Bertrand Oil from Moosup. At 730pm last night, my heat stopped working. (the night before an 18" snow storm). I called 10 different companies and got a lot of "No, sorry we're busy until Wednesday" and Josh was here within the hour and got it started back up within 45. He was quick, kind and most importantly affordable!
They never called me back so I went elsewhere
Been a customer of Sterling oil for years. Best customer service I have ever seen,competitive price also. Josh gives the same service, prompt when you have an issue and his knowledge is second to none. Josh just installed a new tank for us and did a great job.
I've been getting oil from Sterling Oil for 7 years and they're always on time and the prices are very competitive. I returned from vacation today to see my oil tank close to empty, I called in the morning and they came the same day. They also did a great job cleaning my furnace last Fall.
Josh was phenomenal when it came to my annual furnace cleaning, along with walking me through troubleshooting at 8pm on a Friday night when I had an electrical issue. Could not have asked for better service!
