Got the Marina IUD placed in December had to get it taken out end of January because I was in so much physical pain and when I went to get it taken out was told that the amount of pain I was in was normal and then proceeded to shove a speculum in me with no lubrication. Waited over an hour to finally get into my appointment. Why is this? It’s almost as if people have nothing better to do than to sit in a doctor office? NOT.

It's a 5/5 for my Doctor but sadly it's a 2/5 for Administration Dr. Palatnick is an incredible physician, highly experienced, professional, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I always hear such good remarks about her from my own prenatal / post partum clients. But the office administration is severely lacking. Hi, Our experience with Doctor Lee has been wonderful. We need to call the clinic to reschedule an APMNT urgently but the calls not getting through to them and we have tried multiple times already, is there any other way to connect with them on call?
