Waited over an hour to finally get into my appointment. Why is this? It’s almost as if people have nothing better to do than to sit in a doctor office? NOT.

It's a 5/5 for my Doctor but sadly it's a 2/5 for Administration Dr. Palatnick is an incredible physician, highly experienced, professional, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I always hear such good remarks about her from my own prenatal / post partum clients. But the office administration is severely lacking. Hi, Our experience with Doctor Lee has been wonderful. We need to call the clinic to reschedule an APMNT urgently but the calls not getting through to them and we have tried multiple times already, is there any other way to connect with them on call? This is really urgent , please let me know how I can reach out to them.

I feel very fortunate to have been under Dr. Palatnik’s care. After receiving treatment in another country and then seeing a different doctor here without success, I finally found the help I needed with her. Dr. Palatnik was the first to truly understand my situation and helped me overcome the issue I was facing.
