I originally banked at Hudson Valley Bank, when Sterling bought HVB, I was skeptical and concerned, but needlessly it turns out. The bankers here, though concerned by typical banking regulations and paperwork, will bend over backwards to assist, fix, or otherwise address every application, problem, or concern. As the director of a local non-profit, and as an attorney, I am happy they are now in my neighborhood!
