I had a terrible experience with this pump repair company. I took my pool pump in for repairs and followed up for an entire week. Each time I called, the woman at the front desk would just say, 'It's not done, maybe tomorrow.' She never bothered to check with the technician to give me an accurate update or a date when they would look at my pump.
