I've seen both Dr. Cheema (who despite a reference to him as "she" in a previous review is male) and Dr. Firdous as well as other staff members and found them professional and competent. I think some people might be put off by Dr. Firdous because she's not a smiler, but she's one of the best psychiatrists I've worked with, and has been on top of changing my medications as symptoms of bipolar disorder inevitably change, which is a difficult task.
I had read several reviews that describes the office staff as rude, and I waited until I had been treated by Dr. Cheema for six months before writing a review. My experience: "He's the best in Winchester"- a quote from someone who would absolutely have a view of options in Winchester, and I agree with the lady who said that to me in the beginning. The staff is absolutely amazing! They always greet me with a smile and always remind me the day prior to my appointment. Very friendly and caring staff!
