Bought a used car from Sterling McCall Nissan. It ran fine until after our first oil change. I noticed that while changing the oil, there were pieces of metal in the oil. I also noticed the oil was very thick. When I ran the car after the oil change, there was a significant engine knock. Upon further inspection, I realized that I will need to replace the entire engine to fix this problem. They sold us a car that had a bad motor. They disguised the engine knock with thick motor oil. They will probably respond to this review saying that they are very concerned and to contact them. They will even provide a phone number. Their concern is a lie. They bounce you around and the call goes to voicemail every time. I tried calling them 35 times and emailing them 10 times. I was usually able to get ahold of the front desk, but when the front desk transferred me to talk to the manager, I was sent to voicemail every time.... read more
