Today i went for service 2025 camry hybrid first time but its sound like they are not interested after selling sercices the advisor never answered any questions never received calls or answers texts via phones didn’t complete his work properly and wasted 1 hour extra waiting the small work to be done of $3 clip to be installed he never did i end up taking the car because they were closing , i came 4.20pm with appointment waiting till 6 pm just for first time checkup of new car inspection and tire rotation not even oil change... read more

Service Lost my wheel lock last time service was done. Got to parts department for them to charge me a new one 50$. Maintenance manager was helpful in assisting to reach out to roadside assistance which I was still covered. Roadside assistance said I’m not eligible for reasons she doesn’t even know. My 4Runner is not 3 years old nor over 22k mileage.

I purchased my brand-new Toyota Corolla Cross on July 4, and by July 14, it was already showing a malfunction. I brought the vehicle in on July 16, and unfortunately, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, unprofessional, and, at times, outright rude.
