Very professional wholesale Parts Department I wish they can answer the phone sometimes
Had appt at 720am for oil change. Took 2hrs and 40 minutes. I was even early. I told the rep I wanted synthetic oil and got conventional. They don't pay attention. Not recommended. Unless you want to waste half a day and get service you didn't ask for. Said belt needed replaced. I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. Recommended brakes and turning rotors but never took wheel off to even measure. How do I know, because that section was marked not inspected in the report.
