There were many issues at this location including their communication, pricing, and incomplete servicing. I went initially for a 20K mile service that ended up costing $217.05 without the shop fee and tax. The service should have costed $188.96 with the 10% afternoon discount (picture 1). Our service advisor, Karim Koual, had told us he would keep us updated during the process and let us know when we could pick up my car, but he did not do this and I had to message/call him multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous. Least the service advisors could do is let the customers know when they drop off the vehicle. Was told it would be about an hour. I should have read other reviews before coming here, never again.

This place is a chop shop. My husband brought his vehicle here to get brakes and new tires. The brakes he had had a sqeek. We took them in they were supposed to replace the brakes and the tires. They claimed they fixed the brakes and the sqeek they didn't. Then they overfilled the tires, supposed to be 33 psi they were overfilled to 40 psi and the other tires never got filled they were in their 20s even though they charged us for it.
