I’ve been coming here for service for a while, but today was extremely disappointing. They performed maintenance on my car and promised it would be washed afterward. Not only did they not wash my car, they also broke a piece of my vehicle and then told me they wouldn’t replace it because it’s “not a Nissan part.” I left frustrated with a damaged car and no car wash. Terrible service all around.
I had an issue with my tail lights and wanted a diagnostic done. I informed the service tech that my tail lights worked and a new bulb was not needed yet I was still sent a quote to approve for my lights to be replaced. I declined the service and when I got home now one of my tail lights doesn’t work at all. Not sure how this happened. I also texted the service tech about my issue the next day and no one contacted me about my issue.

Oil change was done quickly, service advisor Megan was super friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about Nissan models, very pleased!
