Have been going here for years and getting great customer service. I specifically ask for Cedric when I go. One of the best to do it. Extremely caring, responsive, and transparent with the customer.
A diagnosis for a malfunctioning AC took from September 8 to September 24, far exceeding the expected 5-7 business days. My diagnostic fee was well over $400. The dealership failed to provide a loaner car and communication was unclear. While the AC was eventually fixed, it is not as effective as before, and the car settings have changed. Overall, the service experience was frustrating and a nightmare. I would not recommend Hyundai to others.
Ivan and Dillon have always been great for my service appointments. Depending who I am assigned to, he will greet me at my car, talk through all the repairs/issues that I have that day, and answer any questions that may come up after the point inspection. Dillon will even come and give a quick hello even when I am not on his schedule. They (as the service center) only lose a star because service can take a while. Pathetic outfit of a dealership. Treated rudely at check in for appointment. Check engine light and IGS not working on Kona. Before I could finish describing the issue, I told it would be a $180 diagnostic fee and my car would be in shop for 10 days. I would also be on the hook for any repairs.
