Ridiculously slow service. It’s insane.
Plan on being there at least 3 hours for an oil change appointment. When you bring in your car for service, communication is non excitant. Won't ever buy a Hyndi again because of their horrible service.
I brought my car in for repairs due to a recall. I made the appointment through the recall website and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told that they may or may not have the parts for it. To me, that was weird as I scheduled the appointment through the recall website and I would have thought that if they didn't have the parts they would have called me ahead of time to let me know instead of wasting my and everyone else's time.
