Poor communication and incompetent personnel. Do not come to this location if you want a pre-owned vehicle. They sell junk for tons of money they are a joke. Especially when you call to request a manager to call back they never answer and never call back and they just sit on the office. Do Not come here to buy used cars! The cars have major damage . They buy wrecked cars and “ fix“ them terribly, 2023 car with 7k miles and the paint cracking and the body work very noticeable but claim only Minor damage, they claim the car fax this and that.. but everyone knows not all repairs are reported to car fax.
