I Do not understand why a oil change and tire rotation would take more then 2.5, almost 3 hours to complete. After waiting 2 hours, they still haven't even started on my car. They wasted two ticks on my gas marker for Gas isn't cheap now days either. If I knew the service was going to be this slow, I woulda taken it to John Eagle which is 45 mins away and still would be faster. No oil change should take almost half a day.
When this dealership insists that you have to finance through them because they made you a good deal, do not just walk away from it, run fast!!! I never buy a depreciating asset with a loan and was ready to pay cash for it when they insisted that I had to finance through them or they would not honor the deal.
I was taking my vehicle to the john eagle. Simple fix took 5 days. No update nothing. I decided to give a chance Sugar Land location. My service advisor Sarp took care me same day, made me feel valuable. I will definitely take my car there again.
