When this dealership insists that you have to finance through them because they made you a good deal, do not just walk away from it, run fast!!! I never buy a depreciating asset with a loan and was ready to pay cash for it when they insisted that I had to finance through them or they would not honor the deal.
I was taking my vehicle to the john eagle. Simple fix took 5 days. No update nothing. I decided to give a chance Sugar Land location. My service advisor Sarp took care me same day, made me feel valuable. I will definitely take my car there again.
Service is on a next level here! Antonio my service manager was amazing! He was very responsive and took care of my vehicle while I was in a loaner.
