Great service tank you
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how I was treated. I came in needing to speak to someone about my car, but the two guys on the service team were just standing around talking and joking with each other. I asked for help, made it clear I needed to speak to someone — and still, no one came over. I waited for a bit, hoping someone would take me seriously, but it felt like I was just being ignored. Service team was awfully unprofessional, the two gentlemen was talking and joking around as i told them i needed to talk to one of the service member about my car and still no one showed up to talk to me, and so i left
EZ process. I’m always in and out when coming to the service department with no hassle. I commute from cinco ranch and my experience here is far better than John Eagle Acura, they suck. I appreciate Sterling McCall.
