I took my car in last week for break cylinder recall and later that night I noticed that my windshield was cracked. I took my car to this dealership for a recall repair last Tuesday at 7am. I got back to the dealership between 3pm and 4pm. My service consultant was David Gilbert told me everything went fine and they gave me report of their multi-point inspection. Horrible experience her at this dealership. They bate you in with low oil change price. But once you get there they do terrible work. I received my vehicle back with scratched that was not there when I gave them my vehicle. They got $2300 out of me for a service But I got my vehicle back with scratches and a ding. I had an excellent experience at Sterling McCall Acura Service Center, thanks to Justin Jackson and the entire team. I typically avoid dealership service centers because I value transparency and often feel unsure about what’s actually being done to my car. However, this experience completely changed my perspective. My first time to visit this service center and excited enough to service my newly acquired used acura! The customer service was very pleasant to schedule my appointment. The service advisor was very accommodating. They offered me a service package, an oil change and tire rotation for 3 services. Since looks like a good deal, I accepted and paid for it.
