The biggest racist i have ever seen in my life. Whenever visit to the office staff are always on phone and chilling out. It has been two months we applied for application they are soo dumb to respond each 2nd day we call and visit office towards response the staff has same 3 repeated answers 1. The one who process application is not here today 2. You will probably getting response tomorrow 3. It will take a week to get proCessed It is most biggest harassment towards brown people
Not worth the hassle!! Lived in one of their units for over a year. Their new staff is difficult and too picky for what they offer. If you are going to rent from them, I highly recommend documenting with photos every minor scratch on every wall and every piece of dust on the floor prior to moving in. Since when do you have to submit an application to simply look at an apartment. In the spring of 2020, I was looking for a different place to live as it was getting kinda sketchy at my current home. I submitted an application and in addition had to submit full credit reports, pay stubs, full addresses. What happened to simply contacting the references supplied. I’ll delineate this as best I can. First, their office is dark, grubby, and looks like the sort of place where you’d go if you were looking for a trafficked human. Clean it up, fix the lighting. Next, I arranged a viewing. They showed me a townhome but not the one I was going to get, as it was apparently being cleaned and made ready for a new tenant.
