I signed a contract for service in March. It is mid June and saw them once. No response to three emails. Extremely disappointed. I see why the ratings are so low. Learned an expensive lesson.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. Besides my grass looking half-dead, this business moved a heavy iron bench to drive its vehicle on my travertine pavers and leave tire and cracked tiles after we just spent a lot of money to have the pavers powerwashed and sealed. I have written several emails about this in the last before we invested in the cleaning and sealing and STILL the company did this. I am disgusted. Don’t bother with these people and their shoddy workmanship.

We used Sterling for a couple of years now and our lawn never looked better. We are had tried TruGreen and other companies and paid a lot more money but never saw the results we did until we used Sterling.
