The entire title and closing process was very smooth
Communication can greatly be improved. My buyers agent used this lawfirm to close and Julia would sometimes repsond in 1 hour or 3 business days later. Documents needed for my 1031 exhcnage firm took some time to receive too. I know we are all busy, but if you taking on too much business it might be helpful to turn away some to service customers curently working with. At this time I cannot recommend Sterling Law in Cary. Time is money in real estate.
