Very expensive for the seller side. Wired commission to the wrong listing firm, refused to correct their problem and pay the correct firm until the wrong listing firm returned the wire. Agents and sellers beware!
Loved working with Kara. She was so supportive of us. She worked extra to help us close. She explained things thoroughly. She answered all of our questions. The branch is conveniently located. The office is very nice and entertaining for kids.
