I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can’t stand their water billing method. The water bill that comes each month is ridiculous. They charge a flat $75 every month regardless of your usage, plus additional fees. You’re paying $75 even if you use no water the entire month. Expect to pay an arm and a leg for water. They are also quick to shut it off, especially if you travel often and aren’t always around. There’s no online system to track water usage or payments. This place is ridiculous I stayed here for two years with no issue or complaints from neighbors to my tv volume. However after my two years i move into a two bedroom in a different building and the neighbors are complaining about my tv volume. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO HEAR OVER THIS LOUD ASS AC UNIT WHEN THE AIR IS ON. I literally have to turn my tv volume up to 35 or 40 to hear over it. Nice places however, the water company they’re using sucks. They will not send you your bill regularly, and when the bill is sent, the water will already be cut off. There is no reason an apartment water bill should be $320 for a single person. I’m fed up with this company called universal utilities and I wish I had read all of the other reviews before moving into this place. They’re overpricing for water and when I called to figure this out, no one answers there phone. Please read the reviews before moving here.
