We bought a lot in Piqua and was explicitly told by their agent that we were not responsible for taxes before we owned the property. Now we have a tax bill for the time before we owned it. Very unprofessional, agent rammed the paperwork down our throat like we were doing him a favor by purchasing the lot. Misrepresentation of information. Do not use them! Ask for a company that will give you the truth.
