This apartment complex isn't what it seems by long shot. Their lease states all things that are addressed to office are taken care of and corrected. That is FALSE. Their are so many things that aren't corrected here. From leaking pipes, air conditioning unit from other tenants causing damage to other apts. They are quick fixed as in some cosmetic cover ups . Still has mold growing which in lease states they are a mold free facility. Then why is it that the mold isn't removed. All the maintenance wants to do is paint over it.... read more
Our building has been invested with bed bugs! Management has known for months about residents having reoccuring investations and have not informed the rest of the building. Now, they are in the hallways, laundry facilities, and going apartment to apartment. Mathew DeVos, manager, has told multiple stories and reasons why this is happening to each different resident that has confronted him of the situation.
