I live in this apartment for many years I give this appt negative stars if I could the manager she’s very rude specially to the kids and the owner takes her side all the time they increase the rent and they never change carpet even after 9+ years . If you’re considering renting here, be prepared for challenges in winter. The windows are outdated and allow cold air to seep in, and the heating unit is non-functional. Despite reporting these issues, the office directed me to contact the owner and showed little concern for resolving them. The owner did not answer the phone. Their primary focus appears to be collecting rent at the end of each month.
If you are trying to stay there be ready to fight with the manager everyday for no reason. She is very very rude and unprofessional. When I vacated the room she wanted me to pay for the public hallway cleaning fee. What a stupid nonsense management. She should be fired. There were bad bug in the room and management didn't even care.
To much bugs enter the apartments, the basements are disgusting and the manger is so mean to people she isn’t nice she rose our rent on us for no reason when we play with soccer balls she takes it and pops the ball and when we drive bike we can’t drive on the grass and you cant go on the streets she told us when we drive bike you drive to the end of the sidewalk and.get off and pick the bike up and drive to the other end of the side walk She also makes people go inside after 9 PM we can’t even sit in the hallways without her... read more
