This place absolutely a health concern... no oversight or regulations due security guards watching tennants through their windows, bed bugs in EVERY unit...dog poop in the parking lot, people committing suicide left and right...DRUGS GALOUR!!! The manager doesn't return security deposit... horrible place to die...
Update! April 2025 so much worse than my 1st review 2 years ago. I don't know how they have 4 stars when you look them up when only 3 people have reviewed and 2 (me being 1 of 2) give negative stars or 1 at most. If you go search county assesor this place has zero market value because a surveyor has noticed construction materials used didn't hold up. Asbestos lead paint , black water mold structural rotting units that's on top of termites carpenter ants ,mice , bed bugs , and an idiot exterminator. No value means no lender w... read more
I have the unfortunate chance of being a current tenant here and I would not recommend for anyone trying to live their lives. I have brought several issues and complaints about not only my safety but also the safety of my guests and these have not been addressed. Instead management has security show up at my door an hour past quiet time 11pm at night just to tell me that the manager wants my guest out by 10pm. Nowhere on the lease does it state this. Also I feel like this is being done because I am a male.
