They let the staff steal from my grandmother and did nothing about it. First they stole cash out of her purse then they stole a watch my grandfather gave her. Which he has past away. The place is trash!

The staff are great, the facility is a little older but nice. Primary care, podiatrist and other medical testing comes to the resident on-site. Based on my parent’s needs and my interactions, I would recommend.
The good.. Lena, Maryanne, and Virginia are awesome! The bad....everything else! Just recently moved my mom out after 1 & half yrs. Brookedale is old, dirty, and feels like an old nursing home from the 1980's. Housekeeping was terrible. Practically nonexistent. Laundry was awful. Clothes came back wrinkled and unwearable.
