Health director at Merrimac location was rude and very aggressive
The staff are very caring, attentive, and kind. The facility is very well run, maintained, and clean. My family member enjoys the meals, activities, and care from all the staff.
As a third party provider that service senior living community. I will seldom say this. This community is the cleanest place I’ve ever served. The building, common area are given that should be clean. But when you enter individual apartments, that’s when you can really see it. All the apartments are cleaned! All the residents are clean. My mom moved in at the end of February. We're all very happy with the warm, loving environment. Tonya, Albertine and Aaron have made her feel right at home!
My family loves Brookdale Avondale. The staff and administrators helpful, quick to respond and went over and above anything we expected. They have always taken such loving care of my mother.
