I just saw Christina’s review, and I agree. I went there to visit my mom on a surprise visit. I used her bathroom and saw used adult diapers piled high in the garbage can, and I couldn’t breathe because the urine smell was so bad!!! Also, I bought her beautiful adult coloring books and a huge box of colored pencils for her to relax to. The next day they were gone. My mom spent 10mths in the memory care unit… My brother had right of attorney, otherwise, I would have taken her out ASAP! Unfortunately, she died under their care… The room always smelled like urine; My mom said she was abused(she suffered from dementia, so take that into consideration); Gifts she received, were always missing…even the next day, & the staff blamed it on the other patients; Very depressing atmosphere! Really great place to place your love one. Grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Staff is amazing and happy and we all know happy staff means our love ones are well taken care of. The administrators are fantastic and communicate with you and any concern. Just an all around great place to safely place your love one.
This home for Mom has been amazing. The staff is top notch. From the director, Coral all the way to the CNA ,and maintenance Shannon. Justin and Rachel. These people are dedicated to providing my Mom a safe and fun living environment.
