The Director of this facility is a horrible, rude and is an extremely insecure person. The care staff are very kind however they are often forced into following Barbara's orders. Patient rights are NOT a concern for Barbara--Barbara has Barbara rights at the forefront of her daily interaction. Be careful before you decide to proceed with this facility! If something doesn't make Barbara happy she blows up, screams and stomps out like a 2 year old child and then will make the situation miserable to deal with by lying and cover... read more
