Very very bad experience They don’t deliver on time and don’t give you a complete product, they didn’t do my outdoor stairs (look at picture) this should be a safety hazard, they don’t do landscaping and take forever to do rough grading which is causing inconvenience because i can’t do landscaping unless we have rough grading certificate. I honestly expected more from sterling
Hire better sub contractors - we live in Fort Saskatchewan in a nearly complete neighbour hood and your subcontractor doing siding on the garages is BLASTING music so loud our walls are shaking 15 houses down.

Rubbish quality homes. Warranty is worthless. I'm fighting against Qualico with Alberta Home warranty program. Graham is a useless warranty advisor that denied claims that were approved by warranty advisors. I'm escalating this even further. Qualico is QualiNO .
