These guys use cheap materials and give the contract to the lowest bidder for their trades work. Jayman at least uses better contractors. These are a few photos of the home we purchased in September 2024. The home cost us $640,000! This is the quality you get. And the wood is very bad quality, the drywall is getting moldy, and this has been the biggest REGRET OF OUR LIVES. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM STERLING HOMES OR QUALICO!! AVOID ANY QUAICO PRODUCTS! DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR GENERIC REPLY THEY SENT BELOW.
I am writing this review in hopes that it finally garners a response from Sterling Homes. We closed on our home in April 2026, and while the house itself is beautiful, the customer service experience has been abysmal. BUYER BEWARE with Sterling Homes, incredibly poor workmanship led to water leaking down our patio door and rotting out the floor. Of course no more warranty coverage after 5 years, so we have to pay to repair. How would we ever catch that the trim and door was never flashed properly? Absolutely unacceptable for a house less than 10 years old to have these kinds of issues.

One of the most unprofessional transactions I’ve ever been apart of. My client lost the property she was in the process of purchasing after going back and forth with their sales team who had backtracked and tried to apologize at almost every step of the deal, had my client deposit $1000 (which was miscommunicated by them as a hold) only to tell us that she lost the house to another buyer due to a software malfunction. Can’t make this stuff up.
