almost 4 months had passed since we purchased our house in rivers edge, still our deck railings haven’t been installed. we couldnt access the back door, we could not use our garage pod. We emailed and followed this concern to their staff, we didnt even receive a response from them… and even warranty visit was not done until now. we are not fully satisfied with the services. There are still more concerns that I couldnt add here…
Extremely poor customer service and quality of homes. They deliver you super dirty homes, with missing cabinets, faulty windows, without railing, leaking windows, unfinished paint, screws out of drywall, vapour barrier missing.
