So many great things to say about Captivate. We have been working with the employees from Boerne office. In our experience , the team at Captivate is very professional and relational, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are responsive to any needs or concerns that we have. Their ability to remotely work on our systems is a definite advantage. I highly recommend Captive for anyone with audio or video needs.

Bret Wells worked with us from the beginning until the turn over. He made our system super easy while using the most current and updated technology. I was concerned that the system would be super complicated but it’s easy and incredible. Had service today on my system after a router replacement. Pamela in scheduling was great, very nice.. Patrick, our service tech, was also great. He took the time needed for explanations and made sure all our equipment was in good working order.
