One of the worst home technology providers, captivate aka "Sterling Holmes Technology", changes its name and company to evade its obligations to its former clients. There sales agents who make bold claims when selling products that are worth thousands of dollars, but when it comes to maintaining those products, they can't even guarantee their work. So many great things to say about Captivate. We have been working with the employees from Boerne office. In our experience , the team at Captivate is very professional and relational, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are responsive to any needs or concerns that we have. Their ability to remotely work on our systems is a definite advantage. I highly recommend Captive for anyone with audio or video needs.
Bret Wells worked with us from the beginning until the turn over. He made our system super easy while using the most current and updated technology. I was concerned that the system would be super complicated but it’s easy and incredible.
