Avoid renting here until Premier gets their greedy hands away from this complex. When TE Miller owned these apartments, very little went wrong or unheard for complaints. That is not the case with this disgusting company. The number of tenants that will complain of management and ownership here has skyrocketed since Premier's acquisition. They will hand out lease violations for the smallest of things, ie things to close to windows, planters on patios etc. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY.
As a current resident of multiple years, I would not recommend this place to families. This is not the area you want to be living in. For example last Halloween we had a shoot out in the parking lot. I’ve had my front windshield broken by people throwing rocks, that are found along the side of the buildings. The complex behind these had a “turf war” and there were multiple stabbings in the parking lot. Cops are constantly here for domestic calls. You will be dealing with unprofessional people. I just called sterling heights to ask questions about a unit because there is 3 different websites all saying different things about amenities. and the manger was so rude. I asked if i could take a tour after work at 3:30 and said she leave at 3 and she works for another apartment she said over 200 units she deals with by herself. this property management above her suck because she was probably way nicer before but they have her running allat. stressed for what???
