I wish I could give this place zero stars because it doesn’t even deserve one. This apartment is a toxic, rotting, festering pit of despair. If you're thinking about moving here, RUN. Don’t walk—RUN. This place is a nightmare masquerading as a living space. When I first walked into the apartment, I was met with the overwhelming scent of mildew, decaying rats, and stale cigarette smoke. I lived in the Sterling apartments in St. Cloud, MN, for two and a half years. The first year was fantastic because the property manager at the time was incredibly kind and helpful. However, everything changed when a new property manager took over. From the start, the atmosphere shifted, and the new manager has been consistently condescending and dismissive. I am going on my second year here and the place is great my Apt is large compared to other comparable places the prices are very reasonable for what they offer (fireplaces, all utilities included, good size decks and patios, clean bldgs and Apts) and they are very pet friendly and it is a great area on the outskirts of St Cloud it feels somewhat secluded and is a very good neighborhood,The staff (Allison and Joe) are very friendly and have always been very helpful for every situation i have had, talking to friends in other p... read more
