Sterling Air goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Came out in the rain and fixed my heater which was on the roof. Professionalism at it's finest. Will definitely call back
Our heater wasn't providing heated air. The HVAC person first told us "you might need a new blower." It turned out the blower was fine; we needed a new gas valve. The HVAC person installed a new gas valve all right - BUT LEFT IT SWITCHED IN THE OFF POSITION so the heater STILL wasn't providing heated air! What HVAC person leaves a customer location WITHOUT CHECKING WHETHER OR NOT THE HVAC SYSTEM IS WORKING PROPERLY???
