Really nice people. Helpful with hearing test and options for my hearing.
They took my mothers hearing aid in for repair. 3 months later. Told us it could not be repaired. 4 weeks after orginal drop off I started calling weekly. To be honest it should not take 18 calls and 8 weeks to let you know. Stay clear of this place.New name of company is My Ear
My husband had their hearing aides, they told him he needed to guts in them. He proceeded to order what they said he needed. Less then 48 business hours later, we cancelled the order of over $5000.00. We were called into the office, thinking we would get his aides back, oh NO, they had gone ahead and replaced the aides with new guts. We want the aides back as they were, they tell us it will cost us $2,500.00. How can this be, does anyone know what we can do?
