My experience with this location has to do with the way my 87 year old mother was treated. After losing a hearing aid last summer I took my mother in so she could get a replacement. She was talked into buying a set of hearing aids rather then just one, which was what she came in for & all she needed. This upsell was unnecessary & manipulative on the part of Sterling Hearing. I'm pleased to say that Harold Davenport from Sterling Hearing Center - Bloomfield Hills, MI has resolved our issues with our returned hearing aid as of May 4, 2015. Mr. Davenport explained his point of view and why he felt the returning of the hearing aids problem escalated beyond what it should have been and gave a very sincere apology to me and my family for all the inconvenience.
