Tawana in admissions is wonderful, very helpful if she don't know something she will make it her way to find out and get back to you, she answers every time I call she is a great person to have working at your facility.
A great place with great people!
This is another nasty place where patients have bed scores and rashes build up of fealth. If I knew then what I know now my mother would have never been there. Always falling out the bed but, when you talk to them ohhhh everything is fine she's doing good. Next phone call your mother is being rushed to the hospital Ammonia for the 5th time someone please shut this place down. It's just all about the titles.
My Mom has been in this facility for over 1.5 years now and I’m very happy with her care! She is always clean, and very content. The nurses take good care of her! I know she is safe there and that means so much!
