This is not a place you send someone you love, especially for any kind of Rehab or long term care. I personally witnessed horrible dirty conditions and the lack of staff and care for our loved one’s. They are drugged and not allowed to move from the chair or wheelchair they are put in from early morning when they are all woken up and cattled to the one dinning area, where they must stay till bedtime around 8pm. MS. WAITERS HELPED ME FROM THE BEGINNING WITH MY MOTHER FEELING COMFORTABLE IN HER NEW SURROUNDINGS. EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL AND WILL RESOLVE ANYTHING NEEDED. NATE THE NEW ADM., IS ALSO A BIG HELP AND WILL HELP YOU WITH ANY CONCERNS YOU HAVE. MY EXPERIECE WITH STERLING HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THE WHOLE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND I FEEL GOOD MAKING THE DECISION FOR MY MOM TO RESIDE AT STERLING. ALWAYS A WARM GREETING WHEN YOU ENTER INTO STERLING AND ALWAYS HELPFUL.
My Mom has been here for one year and couldn’t be happier with Sterling. The staff is extremely caring and capable. Tauna was the first person we had contact with when my Mom was admitted. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my Mother and myself very comfortable with our decision. I appreciate all the staff at Sterling Health. They care for my aunt as if she were their family. If I call they answer and when I visit they are very attentive to her needs. I want to thank you for making me and my family feel comfortable in how you care for my auntie. You guys have been professional and you communicate with the family every step of her care
