I was most impressed with the appointment I had with Shane Hirst, OB/GYN. She made me feel like I was her only patient, being so thorough with her explanations or answering my questions. She knew the cause of my problem & what was needed to fix it. She gave me options of what my preference was in getting the problem resolved.
